The most vital thing i think when having ink done is to go to a good tattooist. It’s well worth spending an afternoon finding out who is good and who isn’t and which parlour has a good reputation – it’s worth spending a few quid more to have faith that your tattoo is going to be decent

What a fantastic tattoo, I had a butterfly on my leg but then had to get rid of it, and called myself tattoo removal as a sort of protest.
If I get another tattoo somewhere less obvious, I will definitely have a coloured one, mine was just one colour. Why did I have it removed –I got a ‘job in the City’ for a Law Firm, where I was expected to wear a pencil skirt etc, the money is good, so I got rid of my tattoos on my legs. The tattoos were so nice, the tattoo removal firm put them on their website if anyone wants to see my legs , click on http://www.ipltattooremoval.co.uk — maybe (one day) if I get promoted and don’t have to go to court, I can have a coloured butterfly!
